The Toxic Gas

Source: ThoughtCo.

Ages ago, there lived a beautiful queen in the land of Palati. The queen was generous and kind. She had an adorable young son who had inherited her charm. But the young son had one problem. He was affected by a contagious toxic gas that was non-disposable. This gas made people go insane and would twist their personas entirely. This realisation of the prince being sick, came when the prince killed his own noble father  out of insanity. Ministers had all gathered their wits to come to a solution to dispose off this toxic effluent, but alas, they had failed.

So, as generations changed, the rule of the royalty ended and Palati became a democracy. But, the gas has spread heaps and bounds by this time. In fact, there was a man who lost his mind to the extent that he made a bomb, and a bomb had never been seen before in Palati. The man bombed the city hall out of his insanity and a lot of people lost their lives. The man was punished but the gas still hadn't been disposed off. There just was no way.

The gas was so contagious that it had affected most people in the city and it had started spreading faster after the bombing. One of the girls in the land, who was also the daughter of a famous minister who had passed away in the bombing,  went so insane that she punished all people who belonged to the bomber's community.

This went on and on. The gas became a phenomenon that even scientists started researching upon. But they still couldn't discover a way to dispose it off. They had almost given up when an incident led to the discovery of a cure.

There was a little girl in Palati who was the daughter of the bomber. Her father had long been hanged but she had been affected by the gas too. So , she had decided to make a bomb just like her father did out of insanity and her insanity had made her believe that revenge would be the way to end her community's suffering. So she set out on her journey to gather materials for a home made bomb when suddenly , she could see everything clear again. She had met the families of the people who had died in the bomb blast during her search and that had changed her mind. The cure to the gas had been self realisation and the gas was called anger.

We let anger , the dangerous toxic gas, take control of our minds and this in turn spreads more anger. But anger is instinctive. Just a small thought ,by anyone in the cycle, before taking an insane decision can end its toxicity and help the world dispose it off along with achieving the long standing dream of world peace.
